Sales Account Manager EMEA (Remote)
If you love working helping teams of account managers to reach their target markets, not only selling, but also identifying, at Metricool you will be able to do so with strategic and creative freedom.
You will have the possibility to work 100% remotely, working in a high-growth international company, in which all members love to create, work in teams, analyze and help Community Managers to make their work easier.
Your mission is to identify, reach and close deals with clients for the EMEA market, helping your team and other areas to understand product and market strategies.
In this position, you will be able to make a wonderful contribution and impact in different areas:
As Account Manager,
Lead the full cycle sales process for EMEA.
Search for registered free users with the greatest potential for conversion to premium plans, going through making contact to understand their specific needs, creating meetings and presenting a demo if necessary until closing the sale.
Make calls to inbound and outbound leads in order to understand their specific needs and generate business.
Schedule demos with leads to present the product, its characteristics and benefits according to their needs.
Follow-up clients and opportunities to detect possible upgrades or specific needs.
Document stoppers, processes and questions.
Contribute to improve established processes.
As a team member,
Active participation in team meetings, weekly and dailies.
Research, identify and assign market opportunities to the rest of the sales team, or other departments.
Act as unblocker of team and company processes.
Organization and monitoring of open processes to facilitate the work of colleagues.
Long story short: What will your first days in Metricool look like?
First month: For the first few weeks, we will ensure you understand your impact on the team and the business and learn about the team, the industry, and processes. You will meet every contributor on your team and understand their areas of expertise.
First Quarter: Within the first three months, you will understand your team better, work autonomously, and begin sharing new ideas and creating a more significant impact.
To the moon: After this process, you will become an active team member. You will also understand how to reach objectives and set your strategies based on the company's goals.
Requirements. You'll be successful in your mission if:
Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience as Account Manager in a B2B SaaS environment. Knowledge of the EMEA market.
Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is highly valued.
Languages: Native or bilingual in English and Spanish. Proficiency inFrench or German.
Hard skills: Knowledge of CRM Pipedrive or similar.
Soft skills: Negotiating skills / Skills in effective and assertive communication, empathy and active listening / Constancy and resilience are key for success / Organized / Proactive and results-oriented / Autonomous person with self-management capacity.
Other: The person must be located in Spain.

What are the steps of the hiring process?
First interview to know each other better, understand the company culture, know your background and know the team better, this interview will be managed by Sofía, our People & Culture Specialist. 30 minutes duration.
Second interview with Pablo, our Sales Manager, to develop a role-play, and understand the fit with the company (bring your favorite service or product). 1 hour duration.
Last interview with Natalia, our EMEA Account Manager who will be a key workmate and support on a daily basis.
