Your mission is to lead and expand Metricool’s PR, events, and education strategy in English-speaking markets, with a strong focus on the UK, USA and Canada, ensuring strong brand presence and strategic growth through media relations, event management, and educational partnerships.

As a PR, Events & Education Specialist,
Boost Metricool’s Brand Presence: Develop and execute PR strategies to strengthen Metricool’s brand presence in English-speaking markets, with a strong emphasis on the UK.
Media & Public Relations Management: Manage media relations, press releases, and interviews, either directly or through external PR agencies.
Event Planning & Coordination: Plan, negotiate, and coordinate event participation, including sponsorships, speaker engagements, booth design, and logistics.
Educational & Institutional Partnerships: Establish and maintain partnerships with universities and training institutions to promote Metricool’s educational initiatives.
Public Representation of Metricool’s brand: Act as a speaker or spokesperson in relevant industry events and educational settings.
Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze the impact of PR and event initiatives to refine strategies and optimize results.
As a Team Member,
Collaborate with your team to ensure a cohesive global communication strategy.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Social Media, SEO, and other Marketing teams, to align your team’s efforts with overall business objectives.
Contribute to team discussions, bringing insights, best practices and innovative ideas for PR and education initiatives.
Provide linguistic and cultural expertise for English-speaking markets, ensuring authenticity in communications and negotiations.
Long story, short: How will your first days in Metricool look like?
First month: For the first few weeks, we will ensure you understand your impact on the team and the business and learn about the team, the industry, and processes. You will meet every contributor on your team and understand their areas of expertise.
First Quarter: Within the first three months, you will understand your team better, work autonomously, and begin sharing new ideas and creating a more significant impact.
To the moon: After this process, you will become an active team member. You will also understand how to reach objectives and set your strategies based on the company's goals.
Job requirements. You’ll be successful on your mission if you meet the following:
Based in the UK.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in PR, communications, or event management.
Education: Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Languages: Native-level English; Spanish or other languages are a plus.
Hard skills:
Strong understanding of PR strategies and media relations.
Experience in event planning, sponsorship negotiations, and speaker management.
Knowledge of digital marketing, including social media and email marketing.
Excellent writing and communication skills for press releases, presentations, and negotiations.
Soft skills:
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Team player with excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Strategic thinking to align PR and event initiatives with Metricool’s global expansion goals.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
