As SEO
Keyword Research: Conducting thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for the website's content.
On-Page Optimization: Optimizing on-page elements such as meta titles, meta descriptions, header tags, and URL structures to improve search engine visibility.
Content Optimization: Working closely with content creators to ensure website content is optimized for search engines and aligns with the identified keywords.
Link Building: Developing and implementing strategies to acquire high-quality inbound links to improve the website's authority and trustworthiness.
International SEO: Managing SEO efforts for international audiences, including optimizing content for different languages and regions.
Performance Monitoring: Using tools like Google Analytics and other SEO platforms to monitor the performance of the website and SEO campaigns.
Reporting: Generating regular reports to track key SEO metrics, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Competitor Analysis: Conducting competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the search landscape.
Algorithm Updates: Staying informed about search engine algorithm updates and adjusting strategies to maintain or improve search rankings.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborating with marketing teams to optimize landing pages and improve the overall user experience, with a focus on conversion rates.
Continuous Learning: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of SEO.
SEO Audits: Performing regular SEO audits to identify areas for improvement and ensuring that the website complies with search engine guidelines.
Education and Training: Providing guidance and training to internal teams on SEO best practices and ensuring that SEO principles are integrated into various aspects of the business.
As a Team Member:
Work closely with your team to understand objectives and problem-solve situations.
Communication: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and marketing teams, to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Education and Training: Providing guidance and training to internal teams on SEO best practices and ensuring that SEO principles are integrated into various aspects of the business.
Long story short: What will your first days in Metricool look like?
First month: For the first few weeks, we will ensure you understand your impact on the team and the business and learn about the team, the industry, and processes. You will meet every contributor on your team and understand their areas of expertise.
First Quarter: Within the first three months, you will understand your team better, work autonomously, and begin sharing new ideas and creating a bigger impact.
To the moon: You will become an active team member after this process. You will also understand how to reach objectives and set your strategies based on the company's goals.
Job requirements. You’ll be successful on your mission if you meet the following:
Based in Spain
- Experience and Expertise:
5+ years of experience as an SEO Specialist.
Specialization in International SEO.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Excel, and Google Sheets.
Valued Skills: Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
Outstanding ability to communicate (verbal, written, and presentation) across the organization, from individuals to department leads.
Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to deal with complex situations, proactivity, and self-leadership, are all essential words in our daily conversations.
Self-starter with a strong sense of autonomy. You take the initiative to identify new opportunities and can hit the ground running with minimal direction.
Proven excellence in writing and communication.
Fluent in Spanish. It would be helpful if you also know English

Second interview (30 minutes) with Merche, our SEO/SEM Manager, focused on evaluating your skills and experience, as well as assessing overall fit with the company.
