Content Growth Specialist (Fully Remote)
You'll own the full lifecycle of our lead magnets (ebooks, templates, guides) and you'll be the person who turns our database of lead magnets into a consistent acquisition engine.
We're looking for a Content Growth Specialist to help us make sure our best content keeps reaching the right people long after it launches. You'll own the full lifecycle of our lead magnets (ebooks, templates, guides), from spotting opportunities in the data to creating and shipping the finished piece, and you'll be the person who turns our database of lead magnets into a consistent acquisition engine.
This role sits within Metricool's Content Marketing team, specifically within the Email Marketing, Studies, and Lead Magnets team, and will work closely with the blog, YouTube, and social teams to close the loop between content creation and content performance.
You’ll do this 100% remotely, as part of an international team that values curiosity, clear writing, and the feeling of seeing a chart point upward because of a smart tweak you made.
Your day-to-day
Build what the data asks for: You’ll analyze how our blog is doing to find out what our audience is missing. Then, you’ll own the creation of those new lead magnets—ebooks, templates, or guides—in both English and Spanish.
Fix what’s broken, amplify what works: You’ll track how our lead magnets are performing and run experiments to improve conversion. You’re not just reporting numbers to the team; you’re telling us the story behind them and what we should change tomorrow.
Give content a second life: You’ll work with the blog team to find new ways to distribute our best lead magnets. Maybe it’s a new email push or a well-placed link in a high-traffic article that keeps a resource relevant.
Run experiments from start to finish: You’ll hypothesize, test, and iterate. Whether it’s a small CRO change on a button or completely repositioning an underperforming guide, you’re always looking for the "why."
Who you are (The Skills)
You write for humans: You have strong writing skills across landing pages, email copy, and long-form assets. You can adapt our tone across different formats without sounding like a bot.
You speak Data: You’re comfortable building dashboards and owning performance reporting. You either already know analytics tools or you’re the type who learns them fast because you actually enjoy seeing the results of your work.
You think in experiments: You don’t need someone to tell you what the numbers mean. You track your own results and are genuinely curious about why something flew or why it flopped.
You’re "chronically online": You’re an internet-native who understands trends, slang, and digital culture. You know exactly what makes someone stop scrolling or click a button.
High Autonomy: You’re comfortable going from a raw idea to a shipped project with minimal hand-holding. You notice the small details others miss.
Team-first mindset: You’re collaborative and easy to work with across remote, multicultural teams. We believe in great teamwork, not individual superstars.
Open to feedback: You see constructive critique as a chance to sharpen your skills and grow.
What we’re looking for
2+ years of experience in a content role (think landing pages, email copy, or long-form guides).
You’ve shipped things before and can show us the data that proves they worked.
You speak Data and Human: You’re comfortable with analytics tools and can translate raw numbers into a clear plan of action.
Language: You write naturally in English and are proficient in Spanish. If you speak a third language (French, German, Italian, or Portuguese), that’s a huge plus.
You’re "chronically online": You understand internet culture and what actually makes someone stop scrolling or click a link.
Bonus points if:
You have experience in SaaS or B2B content.
You’re familiar with ESPs or marketing automation tools.
You’ve used tools like Amplitude or Looker Studio.
What your first months will look like
Month 1: You’ll get to know our voice, our tools, and our audience. You’ll audit our current resources and start mapping out where the biggest opportunities are.
Month 3: You’ve shipped your first new lead magnet based on blog data and built a dashboard that the team actually uses to see how our landing pages are doing.
The Goal: You’ll be the go-to person for content performance. You’ll have a steady pipeline of resources generating high-quality signups and a measurable "before and after" for our conversion rates.
Why you’ll love Metricool
Truly Remote: Work from wherever you're most productive. We provide the tools; you provide the talent.
100% Flexible Schedule: We care about the work getting done, not the hours you’re sitting at the desk. You organize your own time so you can live your life, as long as you're there to collaborate when the team needs you.
Health Insurance: We’ve got you covered so you can work with peace of mind.
Language Lessons: We’re an international team speaking English, Spanish, French, and German. We’ll help you learn a new language to help break down barriers and connect better with your colleagues.
The Epic Weekend: Once a year, we all get together in person to hang out, touch grass, and remind ourselves we’re not just avatars on Slack.
Salary: We offer a range of 25,000€ to 30,000€ gross per year.
Growth: We’re a fast-growing company. If you’re curious and take ownership, there’s no ceiling here.
The Process
A 30-minute chat with Sofía (People & Culture) to talk about your background and our culture.
A 30-minute technical interview with Ana (Content Manager) and David (Team Lead) to talk strategy and see how you think.
If this sounds like the kind of challenge you’ve been looking for, we’d love to see your work.
